Terms of Service

Coach OS is a golf coaching platform with two parts: a dashboard for coaches to run an academy, and a mobile app for players to log rounds and follow a plan. Coach OS is currently in free beta, provided as-is while we build it out.

A coach creates an account and an academy, and invites players to it. Players join by invite only and create their own account tied to the email their coach invited. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity under your account.

During the beta an academy may hold up to 25 players. We may adjust beta limits with notice.

Use Coach OS for genuine coaching and play tracking. Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service, upload unlawful content, or use it to access data that is not yours. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put other users at risk.

Rounds, stats, notes, and plans you enter remain yours. You grant Coach OS the permission needed to store and process that content so the product can work for you and your academy. We do not sell your content or use it for advertising.

You can leave at any time. A coach can delete their academy, which removes its data and detaches its players. A player can leave an academy or delete their account from the app. Deletion removes the associated data as described in the privacy notice; some records may persist briefly in backups before they age out.

Because Coach OS is in beta, features may change and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We provide it without warranties, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
